Responsibilities would include:
answering telephones, generating sales orders and purchase orders, tracking of inventory, update inventory pricing, some shipping and receiving.
Must have good communication skills both verbally and in writing to interact with a diverse range of individuals/customers and vendors to solicit or provide information to clarify inquiries and requests.
You must be well organized, detail oriented and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the company.
Ideally with two years of related experience in an office setting, is customer service minded with the ability to multi-task and work both as a team member as well as independently.
Knowledge of SAGE 100/mas90 accounting software preferred.
Must have computer skills using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
Must be able to work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday, 7:
30am - 4:
00pm.
There will be a 90 day probation period.
This is a benefited position (med, 401k, vac) WECO's Medical plan is Kaiser HSA Bronze coverage.
WECO pays up to $300.
00 per month of the monthly cost for the Employee.
Dependents coverage are at the employees expense but can be added to our plan.
There is a 30 day waiting period required by Kaiser.
Not knowing your age I can tell you a 40 year old is 237.
00 a month, a 55 year old is 396.

So if you were 55 then WECO would cover $ 300 and you would be responsible for the $ 96.
