We are looking for motivated and highly organized individuals who are detail oriented and possess superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
As a partner to our Outside Sales team, and the primary contact for our established customers, you will process quote and order requests and be a resource for product knowledge and post-sales support.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information is conveyed to the sales team and our customers.

High School Diploma or equivalent

years of sales and customer service experience Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Suite ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Interact with our customers, provide written quotes, information about products, and availability Estimate/quote prices levels 1-4, current lead times and other details associated with project Process customer orders on the daily basis to ensure quick turnaround and order accuracy Follow up with production department on project status, and communicate updates regularly to customer Consult with customers after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support Data entry Communicate project delivery requirements to production and continually update customer with expected delivery dates Initiate new customer account setup and forward information to accounting department CORE COMPETENCIES Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Writes clearly and informatively Excellent people skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service Must be able to multi-task, and demonstrate strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as a team; exercise sound judgement Computer literacy with the ability to learn new computer software PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position requires sitting for long periods of time; however, some filing is required.
This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
