We are seeking individuals that can provide professional service and support to our customers by performing warranty and non-warranty service repairs.
Must be open to possible overnight stays Benefits offered to all employees:

Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent License/Certification requirement (s):
Valid Class C driver's license with a clean MVR
Experience:
Minimum 1 year working in construction.
Read, write, and understand the English language Previous customer service experience Experience in the fenestration field is preferred
Essential Functions:
Represent the company with professionalism and qualified installation expertise in communication whether defects are result of faulty manufacturing of product or poor installation.
Perform adjustments to products onsite by replacing parts and pieces with knowledge of product lines and fenestration standards required.
Review service work orders and prepare plan for scope of work Assist with onsite water testing as the representative for the company Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner using analytical assessment Proficient use of hand tools to include:
tape measure, level, saws, drills CORE COMPETENCIES:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Writes clearly and informatively.
Excellent people skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service Must be able to multi-task, and demonstrate strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as a team; exercise sound judgement.
Computer literacy with the ability to learn new computer software PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be physically capable to climb ladders up to 40 feet and lift and maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds as needed.
Full hand dexterity required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Exposure to adverse and varying weather conditions which may include extreme hot/cold temperatures.
Fast paced environment involving irregular and long work hours.
Constant travel required.
