We are a historical location in the Bay Area celebrating our 130 year anniversary in 2024.
We have worked with Disney/Pixar, the NFL and The Academy Awards in the past and are very involved in our community.
Seeking hard working individuals with the goal of setting up the next generation of the core of our business, the amazing hand made ice cream we serve every day.
Ice Cream Maker Duties:
- Operate ice cream production equipment and machinery - Follow recipes and instructions to create ice cream flavors - Monitor and adjust temperature, mixing, and freezing processes - Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished ice cream products - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment - Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations Skills:
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in ice cream production or a related field - Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot production equipment - Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurement of ingredients - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within our company.
