Window or Door Assembler, Glass Handler, and Strut Machine Operator.
We are seeking candidates that are reliable and enjoy building a product that will enhance how people experience the world around them.

Positions are full-time, day shift, and require the ability to work overtime (10 hour days).
Day Shift:
Regular schedule (based on operational needs, may include some Saturday's), Monday - Friday; 5:

High school diploma or equivalent Be able to pass basic assessment Previous manufacturing experience preferred 1 year of previous production experience in assembly or experience working with hand tools Essential Functions (Glass Handler):
Seam edges of glass using sander belt Load glass into furnace or washer Performs quality inspection to ensure glass meets quality standards Places glass on racks Measure glass according to product order Remove tempered glass from machine after completion of cycle Wear required PPE to maintain safety and adhere to all safety procedures and processes Can accurately read a tape measure Essential Functions (Window/Door Assembler):
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists.
Gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials to complete assigned task.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related task to accomplish production results.
Wear required PPE to maintain safety and adhere to all safety procedures and processes.
Can accurately read a tape measure.
Essential Functions (Strut Machine Operator):
Perform and document quality checks, report issues to Lead Tech Assist in locating and moving parts and strut for set ups Verify all parts match and requirements of the assembly are met Load material onto and off of the conveyor, set up and run strut machines Assist on loading and unloading completed parts Make sure material has been properly counted and the proper tags are placed on the material Tape parts and cut strut when needed Physical Requirements:
Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within hand and arm length, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
