Job Description
The Legacy Energy Advisor team works closely with SolarCity sales, marketing and business development teams in executing a variety of outbound telesales campaigns throughout the regions in which we serve. In addition to driving new revenue, the team will work to further develop the already existing positive relationships with our previous customers. Success on the team will provide numerous opportunities for career advancement and overall income growth.
Responsibilities
oDeveloping relationships with previous and new customers via outbound telephone calls
oQualifying prospects thereby producing quality opportunities for the Solar Specialist
oAnalyzing and determining a client's energy needs and sharing the benefits of our product
oCommunicating with Solar Specialists to ensure proper and timely follow through on all previous opportunities
oEnsuring that all sales targets and key metrics are being met
oCommunicating with the Team Lead on a regular basis as to the status of the sales forecast
oMeet and exceed monthly sales goals within a competitive sales environment
oProvide excellent customer service while fulfilling the overall needs of both the client and the company
Qualifications
oA Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
oOutstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
oAbility to meet and exceed individual goals while working within a team environment
oProficiency in computer usage necessary to obtain and input relevant customer / prospect information
oProven, successful track record of exceeding sales goals
oThe ability to qualify leads with the goal of securing a new opportunity
oExcellent oral and written communication skills
oProfessional demeanor and attire
oAbility to work mainly in an office Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
oExcellent customer service skills required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
