Human Resources Assistant needed in Vacaville, CA! Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:
o Posts job openings o Pre-screen all applicants and schedules in-person interviews with hiring managers o Conduct reference checks and background checks o Create New Hire Binders and Benefits Packets and coordinates distribution to the new employee o Coordinates New Hire Offer process, employment changes and termination paperwork as necessary o Collect and document all new hire paperwork, insuring that all information is complete and accurate o Input all new employee data into internal system o Coordinate paperwork related to benefits, retirement plans, and COBRA continuation o Maintains employee files and HRIS database o Files and retrieves all documents related to Human Resources activity o Schedules and coordinates new employee orientations o Screen and route telephone calls o Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing o Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues o Maintain and orders supplies for the human resources department as needed o Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:
o One to two years related experience o Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations o Proficient on Word, Excel and other Office Programs o HRIS experience is desired About Nelson:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
