Responsibilities
As a barista for a Nugget Markets Coffee & Juice Bar, you must be a personable and outgoing team player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are a must, and the ability to make and promote the stores extensive juice, smoothie and coffee beverages. This includes taking guest orders; creating fresh-squeezed juices, whole fruit smoothies and gourmet coffee beverages; along with maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive environment. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person.
Physical requirements include but are not limited to constant standing, bending and twisting; occasional squatting and kneeling; fine hand manipulations and power grasping; frequent light and moderate lifting; and occasional heavy lifting.
